Quzhou lawyers association is a social organization legal person established in accordance with the law. It is a self-discipline professional organization of lawyers in Quzhou. In accordance with the law of the people's Republic of China on lawyers and the articles of association of lawyers, under the supervision and guidance of Quzhou Municipal Bureau of justice, it exercises professional management over practicing lawyers in the city.

Quzhou lawyers association was established in July 1998 and is now the fourth council. The supreme authority of Quzhou lawyers' Association is the lawyers' Congress, and the Council is the permanent body of the Congress. Quzhou Lawyers Association has a secretariat, which is the executive organ of the lawyers association.
