Yiwu Lawyers Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was established in 2012. It is a social organization legal person composed of all lawyers and law firms in Yiwu City. It is a self-discipline organization of lawyers and provides services and management to the lawyer industry according to law. The association has 60 group members and 575 individual members.

The main purpose of the association is to unite and lead members to faithfully perform the duties of socialist legal workers with Chinese characteristics, safeguard the correct implementation of laws, social fairness and justice, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the members and the overall interests of the industry, reflect the demands of the members, provide services for the practice of the members, manage, educate and supervise the members, We will reward and punish lawyers and law firms, carry out cultural and sports activities for lawyers, develop lawyers' welfare undertakings, and develop lawyers' undertakings, so as to contribute to building a socialist country ruled by law, promoting social harmony, and accelerating economic development.

Under the supervision and guidance of the Yiwu Municipal Bureau of justice, the association independently carries out its work according to law and accepts the guidance of the Zhejiang Lawyers Association.

The supreme authority of the association is the lawyers' Congress. The Council is the permanent body of the Congress. The Standing Council exercises the functions and powers of the Council when the Council is not in session. The board of supervisors shall be established and elected by the lawyers' Congress. The board of supervisors is a standing supervisory body when the lawyers' Congress is not in session, which is responsible for the Congress and reports to the Congress. The Secretariat is the daily office of the association. The Standing Council has 12 special committees and 10 professional committees.
