Zhejiang Lawyers Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was established in 1984. It is a social organization legal person composed of all lawyers and law firms in Zhejiang Province. It is a self-discipline organization of lawyers and provides services and management to the lawyers industry according to law. Since the 8th lawyers' Congress of Zhejiang Province in December 2010, this association has been renewed every four years.

The association accepts the supervision and guidance of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of justice and the guidance of the all China Lawyers Association, and independently carries out its work according to law.

The supreme authority of the association is the lawyers' Congress, and the Council is the permanent body of the Congress. The Standing Council exercises the functions and powers of the Council when the Council is not in session; The board of supervisors is the permanent supervisory body of the association. The association has an ethics and discipline committee, which is responsible to the Council. The Secretariat is the daily office of the association, consisting of the secretary general, deputy secretary general and office, research office, member department, publicity department, professional committee work department, training department, China Lawyers network and the editorial department of Zhejiang lawyers.

In order to give full play to the Self-discipline Function of the industry, the association has set up professional rights and interests protection, development and rules, business guidance, education and training, assessment, cultural construction and publicity, law firm management guidance, local law association construction, member affairs, asset management and finance, foreign exchange, political participation, legal aid and social welfare, information construction, lawyer representative work, young lawyers work, female lawyers work, public lawyers There are 18 special working committees including the company's lawyer work, which are responsible for performing various special duties of the association. At the same time, the association has also established 24 professional committees, including criminal, civil and commercial affairs, administration, legal advisers, companies, intellectual property, construction projects, real estate, marriage and family, finance and insurance, Internet, enterprise bankruptcy management, labor and social security, foreign affairs and maritime business, securities and capital market, resources and environmental protection, which are responsible for conducting business discussions and exchanges and guiding lawyers in this province to carry out various legal services.

The association is located in Hangzhou.

According to the lawyers law and the articles of association of Zhejiang Lawyers Association, the association mainly performs the following duties:
